The Petroleum Chemical Pump is designed based on, API610，API682 and VDMA24297(heavy type).This pump is single-stage, pump-absorption cantilevered pump. The pump body is supported by centerline. It is Inhalation axial and radial discharge. Axial force adopts before and after ring and balance holes for hydraulic balance. Mechanical seals can be single face or double face balanced set mounted. The mechanism sealing have cooling, washing and sealing liquid system. The pipeline system is designed based on API standard. The max work pressure 5.0Mpa. The imbibing and discharged flange can be designed according to GB.DIN and ANSI standard.

It is apply to the transmission of particles or clean, cold or hot liquids; apply to the transfer of corrosive liquid. It is mainly used for oil refineries, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry and low-temperature industry, paper, metallurgy, medicine, synthetic fibre, electricity and environment protect etc.

The standard pipeline is designed based on API standard; it can cool the center support pump. When the temperature T≤200℃, the axletree frame is not need cooling. When the temperature T>200℃, the axletree frame is need cooling by cold wind and water. It can also adopt packing sealing, the mechanism sealing have cooling, washing and sealing liquid system. The stainless steel material contain 304，304L, 316, 316L，CD-4Mcu, 904，904L and alloy. The max work pressure 5.0Mpa.The medium temperature: -80~+450℃,flux 3-2600m3/h; Outlet pressure 3-260m rotate speed: 1450-2900r/min.
